Generate clean solar energy at home with our powerful 800W Plug & Play Solar System. This system combines two JA Solar JAM60D42-535/LB DeepBlue 4.0 Pro 535W N-Type bifacial double-glass solar panels, a Hoymiles HMS-800-2WB HiFlow Pro microinverter and a 5m Type-G UK Plug & Play AC cable.

With a combined rated solar-panel capacity of 1070Wp, this system provides substantial DC generating capacity to support solar electricity production throughout the year. The Hoymiles microinverter converts the DC electricity generated by the panels into usable AC electricity, with a maximum rated AC output of 800VA.

The two JA Solar panels feature advanced N-Type half-cell technology and a durable bifacial double-glass design. Each panel delivers 535W rated power with an impressive 22.9% module efficiency, providing excellent performance for residential and commercial solar applications.

Unlike conventional monofacial panels, the bifacial design can capture sunlight from both the front and rear surfaces. Reflected light reaching the rear of the panels may provide additional energy generation, depending on the installation surface, mounting arrangement and surrounding conditions.

Each panel measures 2063 × 1134 × 30mm and weighs approximately 28.8kg. The robust double-glass construction features two 2.0mm glass layers and a black anodised aluminium frame, providing excellent mechanical strength and long-term durability.

The Hoymiles HMS-800-2WB features two independent MPPT channels, allowing each solar panel to be managed individually. This helps optimise electricity generation when the panels experience different sunlight levels, temperatures or operating conditions.

Built-in 2.4GHz Wi-Fi and Bluetooth make commissioning and monitoring straightforward. The system works with the S-Miles Home App, allowing you to monitor solar electricity generation without purchasing an additional DTU.

Flexible Installation

This package brings together the main electrical components required for a compact Plug & Play solar system. There is no need to select the solar panels and microinverter separately, making the purchasing process simpler for customers who are new to solar energy.

Because no mounting system is included, customers can select a suitable mounting solution according to their intended installation location and available space.

This provides flexibility for installations in gardens, patios, flat roofs, walls or other suitable locations, provided the mounting arrangement is appropriate for the panels and site conditions.

The solar panels should be positioned where they can receive good sunlight with minimal shading. Their orientation, tilt angle and mounting arrangement will influence the amount of electricity generated.

For bifacial panels, installations that allow reflected sunlight to reach the rear surface may provide additional energy generation. The potential benefit depends on the surrounding surface, panel clearance and installation conditions.

The Hoymiles HMS-800-2WB HiFlow Pro is a compact microinverter designed to convert electricity generated by compatible solar panels into usable AC electricity.

Choose Your Own Mounting System

No solar-panel mounting system is included with this package. A suitable mounting solution must be selected separately according to the intended installation location and site conditions.

This makes the package particularly useful for customers who already have suitable mounting equipment or prefer to select their own installation arrangement.

Each JA Solar panel measures 2063 × 1134 × 30mm and weighs 28.8kg. Any mounting system used must therefore be suitable for these dimensions and weight.

Mounting systems should be installed in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and applicable installation requirements.

Important Installation Information

Before ordering, measure the intended cable route between the microinverter and the connection point. The package includes a 5m UK AC cable; alternative cable lengths may be available separately where a longer route is required.

The combined solar-panel rating of 1070Wp is higher than the microinverter's maximum 800VA AC output. This intentional DC-to-AC sizing can support improved generation during lower-light conditions.

When the available panel power exceeds the inverter's maximum output, the microinverter limits its AC output to its permitted maximum.

Please note: Actual solar generation depends on location, orientation, shading, season, weather, panel temperature and installation conditions.

Additional bifacial rear-side generation is not guaranteed and varies according to the amount of reflected light reaching the rear of each panel.

Electrical connection and installation must comply with applicable UK electrical safety and grid-connection requirements.
